How does the $1 sample work?

Trade-tier products carry a 'Request a sample' link. $1 USD, haat-subsidised DHL Express, 5 per business per 30 days.

Every published product from a trade-tier seller carries a "Request a sample" button on its product page. Click it from your B2B-buyer account and pay $1 USD — haat covers DHL Express shipping.

You can request up to 5 samples per business per rolling 30-day window. The sample flows through the same fulfillment pipeline as a normal order; expect 3-7 business days.

A week after delivery we send a soft nudge with a one-click pre-filled RFQ in case you'd like to scale.
