What you'll need to sell.

To create an account

Every seller account passes through a verification step before the first listing can go live. You'll need:

• Identity — Aadhaar (we send an OTP to the phone you register with) or PAN with a cancelled cheque image.
• Business basics — name, business type, primary craft, city/state/pincode.
• Indian bank account — name + IFSC + account number. We verify with a small penny-drop deposit (refunded automatically) so payouts always land in the right place.

To unlock Verified tier

After five clean orders, we promote your shop to Verified — visible on every listing, and payouts move from a ten-day cycle to a seven-day one. To qualify you'll also need:

• GST registration — required for most categories above the threshold. We accept the 15-digit GSTIN; verification is instant.
• IEC code — the 10-digit Importer-Exporter Code from DGFT. Mandatory for exporting outside India.

To unlock Trade tier

Trade is for export-ready sellers who can take RFQs from global business buyers. In addition to Verified-tier requirements, we look for:

• FEMA-ready bank — bank account configured to receive foreign currency settlements. Your bank can flip a switch.
• Export references — at least one prior shipment outside India, or a third-party factory audit. Quality is checked, not gatekept.
• Certifications, where they apply — ISO 9001, FSSAI (food), APEDA (agri), BIS (gems & jewellery), Fair Trade, Organic, OEKO-TEX. Not every category requires every cert.

A few honest notes

• We do not file your taxes or your customs paperwork. We give you what you need to file them yourself or hand to your CA.
• We do not represent you in disputes with the GSTN, DGFT, or your bank. The audit log on every transaction is yours to download as evidence.
• We do verify every cert claim — GI Tags only stamp when the official Indian registry confirms them. Misrepresentations are grounds for delisting.
