Is my payment secure?

Card data never touches our servers. We use Razorpay International and Stripe for card processing — both PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant.

Money stays in haat-managed escrow from the moment of payment until 7 days after the package is marked delivered. If something goes wrong, your refund comes from escrow, not from the seller's pocket.

For high-value B2B orders the same escrow flow applies up to $10K; above that, bank wire + verification with the seller's bank handles settlement.
