What if my package never arrives?
Open the order page and click 'Issue with order' → 'Never arrived'. We open a carrier investigation and refund from escrow if it can't be located.
If your tracking has stopped progressing for more than 7 days, or shows delivered but you didn't receive anything, open the order and click "Issue with order" → "Never arrived".
We open a trace with the carrier (usually 48-72 hours to resolve). If the package is genuinely lost, we issue a full refund from escrow — you don't have to wait on the seller.
If it surfaces, we'll loop you in and you decide whether to keep the late package or refund.
