Which carriers handle haat shipments?

For international orders we usually route via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority — both pick up from the seller's premises, handle customs paperwork, and deliver door-to-door.

For lower-cost, longer-lead destinations, India Post Speed Net or our Xindus aggregator partner may be selected. The choice happens automatically based on your destination, the package's weight + dimensions, and which carrier offers DDP coverage there.

You always see the carrier name and tracking number in your shipped email and on the order page.
