How do I track my order?
Sign in and open the order from your account, or use the tracking link in our shipping email.
When the seller marks your package as shipped, we send a tracking email with the carrier name and tracking number.
You can also open the order any time from /account/orders to see the live timeline. Statuses progress: Placed → Packed → Shipped → In transit → Customs → Out for delivery → Delivered.
If a step looks stuck for more than 5 days, write to support — sometimes carriers go quiet during customs and we can nudge them.
