How do payouts work?

Funds release from escrow 7 days after delivery, then batch-paid to your INR bank account.

When a buyer pays, the money goes into haat-managed escrow. The carrier delivers the package and the 7-day buyer-confirm window runs.

On day 8, your bundle's funds release. Our daily payout batch (8 AM IST) sweeps released holds and credits each seller's INR bank account via RazorpayX. Most sellers see the credit by end of day.

Payout cycle by tier: New tier = T+10 days; haat verified = T+7; Trade = T+3. You see the schedule + history on /seller/payouts.
